The Chuck Nevel JV Regatta

On May 24, Loyola varsity sailors hosted the Chuck Nevel JV Regatta. The regatta is named after the great former coach of Loyola sailing who always showed special dedication in making the JV team a fun and educational experience.

Fantastic conditions including a perfect 10 knot breeze, warm temperatures and sun made this regatta a huge success. Tom Cook an Chris Lynch fought it out all day for the win with Chris Lynch taking it in the end by only one point.  All of our JV sailors did fantastic and they should be very proud of their performances. The results of the regatta were as follows:
